Christina Brasel, MS, LMFT, is a licensed therapist who works with teens, adults, families, and couples experiencing a variety of life difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues.
Christina believes therapy should feel meaningful and supportive. Their approach is rooted in helping people feel understood while also helping them grow.
Christina specializes in working with people who have experienced traumatic events and who are experiencing relationship difficulties. They have experience working with families and teens in the residential treatment setting. Their background includes training in CBT, DBT, ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
Christina earned a Master’s degree from St. Cloud State University, and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
